On tap at Final Gravity. Pours hazy blonde with an attractive white head and a floral aroma. There is a fresh pale malt flavor with no hint of Belgian yeast ester (that’s a good thing). Refreshing.

750 ml. bottle. It pours a mostly clear pale golden color with a large fizzy white head. The aroma is grainy, soft, light wheat and baking spice notes. Cinnamon and nutmeg. Dusty yeast character. Very minor phenols, almost undetectable, as is any hop character. The flavor is pretty much the same. Soft pale and wheat-like malts with background notes of fresh grains, nutmeg and pepper near the finish. Very soft, velvety mouthfeel despite the high carbonation. It finishes dry with a dusty, wheat-like peppery note. Very pleasant to drink.

On tap @ Monkish. Clear golden pour with a tall, sticky, white head. Really toasty malts and a hint of pistachio. Easy drinking and super bready. Light yeast, pear, apple, and a touch of white pepper. A subtle bitterness to the finish. Really sturdy malt profile. Maybe a touch of cracker. Pretty nice and easy drinking.
