On tap at Beer Belly. Pours with a hazed brown body with a tan head that lasts and leaves some lace. Aromas are a bit herbal and floral. Fruity, estery notes, brown sugar, toasted malt and a mild phenol. Flavors are floral, grainy, mildly sweet, brown sugar and spicy yeast. Lively bubbles, dry finish, well hidden alcohol.

Unclear medium amber orange color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to light beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, pale malt, flowers, moderate yeasty, belgium yeast, sweet yeast, rose hips. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, rose hips, candy, sweet yeast, flowers. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150809]

Taste is pretty similar. Christmas cake spicy/sweetness. Caramel cake and brioche. Soft plum skin. Full body, somewhat oily.

Taste comprises fruit cake glob, dates, toffee, lighter floral element, sweet licks, red berry rasp. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok as this style goes, didn’t get to sweet.

Medium sweet flavor with some ripe berries, bread, caramel, strawberry. Medium to full bodied with average carbonation. Lightly warming finish with sticky sugars, bread, ripe berries. So so.

Bottle thanks to Kenny. It pours hazy amber-brown with a small beige head. The nose is earthy, fruit cake, candy, dried fruits, pear drops melon and apple. The taste is is crisp, sweet, lightly tart, sherbet, pear, melon, candy, sweets, sugar and pear drops. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Alright.
