On tap at Monkish. Medium brown hued pour with a large and fluffy off-white head. Aromas are malty, clean, light esters, moderately spicy and a touch peppery. Flavors are dry, nice malty and toasty notes, medium esters. Nice peppery spicy backing that pairs well with the dry malty notes. Somewhat earthy. Fuller carbonation with a medium body.

Taste is slightly sweet dark malty, fruity and minimally perfumed spicy, hints of ginger, orange, mandarine, Szechuan pepper, pink peppercorn, chocolately undertones, a touch of raisin, plum and cherry. Solid Dubbel with interesting Asian twist.
