On tap at Monkish. Medium brown hued pour with a large and fluffy off-white head. Aromas are malty, clean, light esters, moderately spicy and a touch peppery. Flavors are dry, nice malty and toasty notes, medium esters. Nice peppery spicy backing that pairs well with the dry malty notes. Somewhat earthy. Fuller carbonation with a medium body.

750ml bottle. Cloudy, amber-ish brown colour with small, dense, micropore, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, beige head. Slightly perfumed, fruity and spicy aroma, a conglomeration of ginger, mandarine, orange, Szechuan pepper, pink peppercorn and cherry notes, minimally roasty, dark malty background, hints of raisin, a touch of chocolate and plum. Taste is slightly sweet dark malty, fruity and minimally perfumed spicy, hints of ginger, orange, mandarine, Szechuan pepper, pink peppercorn, chocolately undertones, a touch of raisin, plum and cherry. Solid Dubbel with interesting Asian twist.

Clear medium brown color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, citrus, lime grass. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet with a long duration, spicy, lime grass, pepper, sweet malt - yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. 
Deep ruby amber, approaching brown color with a white head. Light herbal aroma. Light of flavor,
Quite soft...lightly herbal, lightly sweet, slight estery banana notes. A nice, different take on the style.

A decent Dubbel, nothing spectacular but pleasant. Pours a deep ruby red with very little head. Smells of watermelon, cherries, raspberries, and cedar. Clear dark brown beer, creamy beige head, pretty stable, non adhesive. Aroma: very floral, soapy, fruity, bit sweet, some caramel. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: very spicy, peppery, funky, sweet, some liquorish. Aftertaste: liquorish, spicy, little bitter, mocha, caramel, dried fruits.
