On tap at Proletariat. Pours a hazed brown with a thin white head. Musk and funk, a good bit of wood, soft balsamic vinegar notes. Medium bodied, soft acidity, light wood, soft fruit. Musk, a bit of sweetness, musk, toast. Slow vinegar notes over wood, tangy and quite drinkable. For this much vinegar flavor there’s very little vinegar acidity. Very tasty.

Pours a hazed amber-copper color with a nice sudsy white head. Tart aroma with a like funky undertone. Delicious moderate tart, that actually increases as the beer lingers; mellow malty body. Nice and refreshing, a good take on the style. Notes: On tap at the tap room in Torrence

Nice hazy amber and copper coloured body with a very nice sized three centimetre tall tan head. Aroma of sour cherries, funk, yeast, grain and a bit of dry oak. Medium-bodied; Strong rich cherry and fruit sweetness with oak, dry funk, malt and earth flavours right behind along with some grass, sour citrus and passionfruit flavours and a lot of cherries - very nice. Aftertaste shows some light fruit, a little earthiness and a ton of sour funky flavours that make this very nice to drink and mouthwatering! I sampled this twelve ounce pour on draught for US$9,00 sampled at Rattle N Hum (West) on 03-December-2016.
