jinroh (2276) - ESTONIA - NOV 2, 2017
Bottled and 9,7% abv. Dark black pour, bit of beige foam. Nose has some roast, lots of caramel, somewhat sourish although it's maybe not supposed to. Taste is sweet, lightly tart lots of caramel, chocolate but not roasty. Dessert beer, light booze in the finish. For some reason reminds me porters that are brewed with lager yeast.

jookos (7041) - FINLAND - OCT 27, 2017
Bottle, as 9.7% blsck jack 2014. Black. Ripe plummy, slightly dry nose. Blueberries, squashed, med chocolately malty. Meddish bodied. Some sugars. Med long finish. Black blue overripe berryish ris. Smooth.

TEJA (3257) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - OCT 2, 2017
A lasting brown head. Light brown color. Roasted malty aroma. Chocolate and coffee more present in the taste. Balanced chocolate sweetness and small bitterness for such a big beer.

fiulijn (21214) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - AUG 20, 2017
Tasting at SF’s; vintage 2016, 9.7% ABV
Dark brown color. Some apple aroma (acetaldehyde?). Lean, some cocoa, some dark chocolate, not enough body and depth.
Simple.

mcberko (18956) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - JUL 7, 2017
330mL bottle, pours a deep dark brown with a small tan head. Aroma brings out some phenols, some toasted malt and plastic. Flavour is loaded with phenols, with lots of plastic, sweet toasted malt and some caramel. A little off, with the plasticy notes characterizing this. Okay.

2.9
Oakes (18828) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - JUL 7, 2017
Medium brown with a hint of opacity. A touch of toasty, with a sweetish character. An odd one, it has a touch of chocolate and a note of toffee, but none of this makes it effectively. The elements don’t really come together. Not one I’m liking.

Nicke80 (834) - Södertälje, SWEDEN - JAN 13, 2017
33 cl bottle from systembolaget. Pours black with big head. Roasted coffe aroma with sour berries. Coffee taste with cocoa and short bitter after taste.
