Tiny bubbly shortlasting head. Aroma is slightly sweet and roasted, dark malts, roasted coffee, caramel, dark sugar, puffed rice, nuts, chocolate, unripe banana, licorice. Taste is very mild and watery, dark malts, hay, licorice, paper, grass, burnt caramel, coffee, chocolate. Medium bitterness, slightly dry mouthfeel. Fair enough for being only 3,6%

Keg at Monks Struise Bar, Stockholm. Near black, mid sized head. Aroma of milk and licorice. Mid sweet with light body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Licorice, chocolate and milk. Low bitterness.

Bottle at Monks Struisebar, Stockholm. Black beer with a small bubbly brownish head. Licorice aroma, caramel, viol, anise, fruity notes, roasted, some chocolate. Licorice flavor, soot, tar, caramel, peat notes, chocolate, some coffee. Thin bodied but quite flavorful to be this ABV.
