Bottle sample at a tasting at Alexey and Refaela’s place. Thanks DSG. Pours an hazy yellow with a nice head, aroma of fruits, orange, floral notes, flavor is funky with lemon, green tea, bitter and dry with lively carbonation, medium bodied. Christos (5855) - Arnhem, NETHERLANDS - AUG 26, 2014
(Monks Café Blend no.3 Eternal Brett IPA) Bottle 330 ml from Hermod, thanks! Poured into a tulip, ABV 6.3%
Bright golden orange colour on the body, two fingers of off-white head on top, soapy, with good retention. leaving spots of lacing around the glass.
Nice aroma with funky notes, very fruity, lots of mango, pineapple, tropical fruits.
More funky notes on the taste, it numbs the fruity character a bit. Grass, dust, some light citrus now. Nicely bitter on the aftertaste.
Medium thin body, highly carbonated.
A nice one. DSG (14921) - Tel Aviv, ISRAEL - JUN 26, 2014
Bottle shared at a tasting at Alexey and Refaela’s place. Thanks omhper for this bottle! Cloudy yellow-orange with a bubbly white head. Pleasant funky and fruity aroma with a bit of hops. Dry-ish flavor, funky and fruity, slightly sourish, with light candy-ish notes and a finish with bitterish hops. Medium-bodied, lively carbonation. Nice and refreshing. oh6gdx (26487) - Vasa, FINLAND - MAY 26, 2014
Bottled (thanks omhper!). Yellowish golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is brett some sour notes along with some alcohol and nectar to it. Flavour is brett, sweet citrus, nectar and some mild maltiness. A bit strange, but not too bad actually.

Soft gusher. Big creamy longlasting head. Aroma is very fresh, brett, citrus peel, hay, citrus, fresh hops, leafs, light malts, grass. Taste is dry, hay, brett, citrus peel, paper, grass, leafs, citrus, hops, oak, bark, pepper. Medium to longlasting bitterness, dry mouthfeel. Fair enough.
Hazy golden with a lasting white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, bretty and moderate hoppy - mango, lemon and grapefruit are present. Flavor is moderate bitter and light acidic with perfumfy notes. Dry and moderately bitter, but short, finish. tony_gorilla (159) - Drammen, NORWAY - MAR 21, 2014

330 ml bottle @ Monks Cafe, Wallingatean. Hazy orange body with a thin, lazing white head. Nice funky aroma with Brett, some lemon and grapefruit. Flavor has some kind of milder Brett impression with citric fruit and good bitterness. Rather unusually combination of funk and IPA, but I like it and it’s super refreshing. Medium body and nice aftertaste. Take another one anytime. VsXsV (4464) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - JAN 5, 2014
Bottle. Clear golden liquid with medium to big white head. Aroma of citrus, barnyard, lemon peel, tangerine, bread, fruity funk and horse blanket. Taste is dry and medium bitter with notes of citrus, tangerine, barnyard and grapefruit. Medium bodied with medium to high carbonation. Quite nice but a bit weirdly funky.
