Boutip (6562) - Gatineau, Quebec, CANADA - JUN 26, 2017
Draft: Poured a hazy amber color ale. Aroma of light citrusy hoppy notes with some residual sugar notes and light wheat malt. Taste is a mix citrusy hoppy notes with some light sweet wheat malt notes. Body is quite full with good carbonation. Enjoyable beer though lacking a bit of cohesion.

UPDATED: JUN 23, 2017 Bouteille. 7 2 7 3 14

Lubiere (14182) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - MAY 28, 2017
A milky hazed blonde ipa with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light citrus pulp, resinous hops, light sulfur notes, OK. In mouth, sweet fruity malt with light grassy hops, light mineral notes, light acidity, faint Brett, OK, but a bit watery. On tap at L’autre oeil.

Eructoblaster (4406) - Gatineau, Quebec, CANADA - MAY 25, 2017
Bouteille - 500ml.

czar (9487) - Québec, Quebec, CANADA - MAY 23, 2017
pours cloudy pale golden pour with a nice white cap offering some retention and spotty lacing. crisp very peppery wheat, pale melon, white grapes, some juicy fruitiness, citrusy basil and dill, other herbs, other gentle bitters, clean wit yeast action. bright carbonation, light body - thin but never watery, silky and drying spicy-citrusy finish. witbier in a new england fashion clearly rocks.

torrefaction (4) - - MAY 14, 2017 does not count
500 ml bottle from Atwater Market (Fromagerie). No date on bottle (boo) and had been in the fridge "some weeks," which explains why the aroma wasn’t quite there. Very light straw, veiled. The obviously minimalist grain bill works really well with the hops given the low IBUs (30). Some obvious Nelson Sauvin (sauvignon blanc) in this with some citrus hops (lemon/lemon rind); overall a nice, light-tasting and refreshing NEIPA that totally conceals its 6% ABV. Will revisit this one; would love to try this on tap! Nice job, MonsRegius!

UPDATED: JUN 15, 2017 12 onz Draft @ LCDC A: oranges, light pineapple, spicy, passion fruit, some tropical action too App: hazy pale smallish white head. T/p: med body with short bitter finish. Moderate high carbonation. O: This beer belong to a terrace, I still found enjoyment drinking this on this raining day. Nicely hopped and fruity. I don’t mind the carbonation even if it’s a little off.

Stoned99 (1684) - St-Jean-sur-Richelieu, Quebec, CANADA - MAY 5, 2017
On tap at LCDC. Aroma: orange zest and other citrus zests, light spices, light fart, light cereals. App: hazy apricot, small white head, shy lacing. Taste and palate: light body, heavy carbonation, light to medium sweetness, moderate acidity and bitter finish. Overall: not bad but not as refreshing as I would have liked it to be. Carbonation is way too high for the style and my palate.
