Grumbo (1773) - Ipswich, Suffolk, ENGLAND - JAN 2, 2013
Bottle brought home from holiday in Switzerland. Pours a somewhat unappealing pale golden colour, a little cloudy to begin with, which cleared. Some head that soon disappeared to nothing leaving it very flat. Aroma has hints of citrus orange, but not overpowering. Overall it was OK, there is certainly worse about.

Interesting aroma, slightly sweet and yeasty. Nothing too interesting as far as taste. Medium sweetness and light taste- cereal like. Nothing special.

33cl bottle from COOP, Moudon. Dore/orange, col blanc fin.

Bottle, 33cl. Pours a cloudy piss-yellow with a white head. Smells of hay, grass, lots of yeast, and a bit roasty. Tastes of a medium sweetness, and a bit of cereal, with a light bitter, and slightly salty. Really not great.

Koelschtrinker (18349) - Kln (Cologne), GERMANY - MAY 11, 2011

Bottle in Geneva with Peter. Yellow body with medium head. Nice nose of wheats and fruits. Taste is wheaty with fruit notes as well. Pretty good.

Bottle from Quack-Duck, thanks! Blonde, cloudy. Watery, but also a soft wheaty grassy flavor. No specific aroma. Easy going thirst quencher. My wife loved the label.

Grima (2230) - Merzkirchen, RLP, GERMANY - JAN 28, 2011
The beer in the glass is pale yellow, slightly clouded, and millions of small to large yeast particles floating in the beer. Something I have never seen before, even after nearly 1300 ratings! It smells yeasty hoppy, very reserved. Starts hoppy, musty, slightly sour yeasty. From the middle part on, the beer gets very watery and boring. The flavors are much too weak, only a soft-sour yeasty and hoppy note comes through.
