I bought this bottle from the Coop in Luzern and I drank it at home yesteday. On my personnal view, it is an average beer, not bad, not extraordinary, classical, on the Austrian way. The color is yellow/gold, the carbonation a bit higher than usual, thin and white foam. The taste is really bready, malty, a little notes of hop. The negative side is that there is a side metalic, but it is acceptable.

Pours light amber, cloudy with clear flakes of yeast. Seem to be able to taste high mineral content of the water. Good cereal notes but otherwise lacking. Like that it's fully organic. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

UPDATED: NOV 8, 2016 0.33l bottle from coop in basel. pours a murky yellow with yeast flakes, a small white head and a nice lacing. aroma of roasted coffee (unexpected, but quite interesting), yeast, cereals. flavour of grains, lemons, salty mineral water. dry finish. light-bodied and refreshing.

(bottle) slightly hazy golden colour with a frothy white head. aroma of buttered pale malts and kiwi skins, slightly cardboardy, with lots of bran flakes and some walnuts. flavour is mostly oxidized malts and lemons, with lots of rotten meat, lemon peel and a slightly tart finish light- to medium-boied with average carbonation.

Bottled 330ml. -from Coop Sion. Unclear yellow coloured, small airy white head that went away fast, grain and mild caramel in the nose. Quite fizzy. Sweet malty, grainy, hay and caramel with discreet notes of wheat in rather sweet finish. Not so good.

In bottiglia. Colore giallo dorato, velato.

UPDATED: DEC 16, 2014 330ml poured in a chalice. A: Pours a very pale and hazy orange color. Many chunks felt down when I was pouring it. Head was white and fluffy but with small retention. Few lacings left S: Very malty and bready. Earthy yeasts. Metallic end T: Also very malty and bready. Earthy yeasts. Metallic. Light bitterness M: Medium body to a so low ABV beer. Reasonable carbonation D: Not bad. Tasty and refreshing beer [ BA Review @ 10/25/2010 ]

Blonde pâle trouble, rappelant presque une blanche. Mousse blanche disparaissant rapidement.

This is just water with a faint taste of malt. Not a bad taste, but a good mineral water has more taste. Foam disappears in no time.
