COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Empfohlene Trinktemperatur 15° C.

Bottle from Coop. Pours clear amber. Aroma is toasted malts, caramel, toffee, some soap. Body is medium, both nicely sweet and bitter, with some caramel and honey flavours coming up. Lively carbonation. Slightly oily, butterscotch. Medium palate, lingers on butterscotch. Good.

(Monsteiner Steinbock) Bottle 330ml from microbieren, served into a tulip, ABV 6.5% Amber coloured beer, a bit hazy, with a tall and thin light beige head on top, low retention. Aroma of caramel, dark fruits , marmalade, sour grains. Taste of leaves, peels, some dark fruits, caramel, sugars, somehow a sour touch. Medium thin body, carbonation on the high side. Decent.

33cl bb01/2017 kindly shared by lupuLust, merci! - Unfortunately this has turned either in transit or en vitrine... Dry caramels, proteins churning into yoghurt. Cheesecracker minerals and said caramels do a pointless dry dance in its lemony flavour. Sadly past its unpasteured prime?

lupuLust (333) - Franke(n) im Breisgau, GERMANY - SEP 29, 2016
29.09.2016, Bierhandlung - Shared with bartlebier. Caramel coloured body with light orange head. Smell is "bockich" and a bit sour. Taste of camamel and slightly some smoke. Lays a furry sour coat on teeth and tongue. Hope to get a better one next time.
