3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 10/20
Interesting beer. Light for a bock. I could drink a couple more and would recommend a try since I’ve never come across a dunkl-bock before.
Has a weak caramel aroma and nothing else. Has a soft copper body and no head. Flavour is soft caramel malt with no character. Weak on the mouth. This is just a bad beer overall. Amartins24 (70) - - DEC 18, 2017
Es ist ein viel besseres Bier als das Mungga. Mit Charakter und Geschmack... Eine 4.75

Bottle from Coop. Pours clear amber. Aroma is toasted malts, caramel, toffee, some soap. Body is medium, both nicely sweet and bitter, with some caramel and honey flavours coming up. Lively carbonation. Slightly oily, butterscotch. Medium palate, lingers on butterscotch. Good. pleispleis (220) - Maccagno, ITALY - MAY 28, 2017
bottiglia 33 cl, schiuma beige media grana media persistenza, colore ambrato carico torbida, al naso malto e caramello, carbonatazione piatta, in bocca malto zucchero di canna e lieve miele, corpo medio, amaro percettibile, oleosa, dolce nel finale. Niente di speciale 28.05.17 tezarak (121) - Lengnau, SWITZERLAND - FEB 6, 2017
Smooth and creamy texture. Caramel and malt flavours. not too sweet. Not really bitter at all. Lots of floaties, so drinking it in a dimly lit room....

(Monsteiner Steinbock) Bottle 330ml from microbieren, served into a tulip, ABV 6.5%
Amber coloured beer, a bit hazy, with a tall and thin light beige head on top, low retention.
Aroma of caramel, dark fruits , marmalade, sour grains.
Taste of leaves, peels, some dark fruits, caramel, sugars, somehow a sour touch.
Medium thin body, carbonation on the high side.
Decent. lrkmilani (127) - BRAZIL - JAN 9, 2017

33cl bb01/2017 kindly shared by lupuLust, merci! - Unfortunately this has turned either in transit or en vitrine... Dry caramels, proteins churning into yoghurt. Cheesecracker minerals and said caramels do a pointless dry dance in its lemony flavour. Sadly past its unpasteured prime? lupuLust (342) - Franke(n) im Breisgau, GERMANY - SEP 29, 2016
29.09.2016, Bierhandlung - Shared with bartlebier. Caramel coloured body with light orange head. Smell is "bockich" and a bit sour. Taste of camamel and slightly some smoke. Lays a furry sour coat on teeth and tongue. Hope to get a better one next time.
