Not a big white beer fan, in general, but this beer was really refreshing after a day in mountains of Chamonix.

Supposed to be award-winning beer among other white ones, quite a name... Hmm. I usually avoid white beers, I much prefer Belgian strong ales and Abbey beers, I dont hate white ones, but I often see these as simple drinks, nothing else. This one will not change my mind. Correct, but way too soft for my tastes. Nice bitterness and pleasant to drink, but nothing special to be remembered... Still not a bad drink. APPROVED BY TAVERNYS BLACK METAL CREW!

Gift from a work colleague who went skiing in the area. Poured cloudy dark yellow with a small white head. Aroma of wheat, orange, yeast and coriander. Medium sweetness, very light bitterness. Light body, thin texture. Not the greatest witbier.

75cl bottle from my cousin, split with friends. Appearance: hazy pale yellow with low fast diminishing white head. Aroma: mainly malts, bread, cereal, allspice and something nasty, like a wet dog. Taste: medium sweetness and low bitterness. Notes of cereal and nutmeg. Metal in the finish. Palate: medium bodied, slick texture and lively carbonation.
