COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This beer is the last creation of the Mont Blanc brewery. It is brewed with our pure water from our exclusive water catchment on the slopes of Mont Blanc, and from three differents malts : wheat, barley and oat. We wanted a beer that associates a full body malty taste but still a refreshing kick to it. We used a combination of top fermentation and delicate spices like Hibiscus to give it its ruby color and full taste with a hint of fruity notes. The result is a very complex yet very balanced amber beer that will blow you away! Formerly 7.2%

From tap. Amber colour with an off-white head. Aroma and flavour of malt, caramel, hops, fruit and a bitter finish.

Bouteille 75 cc.

Copenhagen 13/12 2016. 75 cl bottle from Letz Shop. Mountains (which I presume to be Mont Blanc) and saluting white bearded Giant saluting with a quite small mug on the label. Pours clear red amber with white head. Settles as thin creamy layer of foam. Aroma is sweet and malty and distinctly of caramel with fruity notes. Soft carbonation and slightly thick palate. Flavor is not as sweet as it smells. Medium to heavy sweetness followed by medium sourness. Aftertaste is mostly sweet with sour notes. Pleasant enough caramel beer - but gets bit too sweet when you try to consume a 75 cl bottle. I am not quite sure I am "blown away".

Not much buble. Aroma is light. Taste is very complicated, body is light, texture thick, the flavor is not my favor.

Wow. This one was a pleasent surprize. Fruit, caramel malty aroma. Sweet taste with a balance that is more spicy than bitter. Sweet aftertaste without being too sweet. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle from E.Leclerc Supermarket, Grasse, France. Red-amber in colour with a thin white head. It has a sweet red fruit and currant flavour followed by earthy, toffee and candi sugar on the smooth finish. Not bad.
