Bottle from local Yamaya store. Floral nose, with dark sugar and toffee. Orange/Amber color. Honey, dried stone fruit, raisins, vanilla, bread, yeast, and a light tangy finish. Medium body. Super sweet nose. Flavors are interesting, somewhat complex, not entirely integrated, and a rather sweet. pivnizub (10619) - Bochum, Porúří, GERMANY - DEC 17, 2015
Bouteille: Almost clear, ruby-amber coloured, loose and slowly collapsing off-white head; sweet malty to caramelly nose with traces of dried berries; very sweet flavour, very low bitterness and a sticky MF; slightly lingering sweet flavour with a barely detectable bitterness in the aftertaste. Too monotonous, too sweet…

330ml bottle BB Dec 2016, 6.5%. Good marketing - 180 year old brewery, beer brewed with glacial water from Mont Blanc. I’m a sucker for this stuff. Very dark orange, quite clear, lightly sparkling, small foamy brown head, full lacing. Aroma is toffee, Cadbury’s Eclairs, light orange liquer notes. Body is medium, smooth, light carbonation. Taste is sweet and biscuity, metallic, some flinty minerals, earthy, sweet black cherry, raisin. Sweet Belgian-style vibe. Grew on me. Calisky (2941) - ALSACE, FRANCE - OCT 9, 2015

UPDATED: MAY 31, 2016 Bottle, 33cL. Home. A shining clear red amber beer ; few bubbles ; medium off-white creamy head ; good retention. Roast, caramel, fruits (red berries), herbal note. Medium sweet, light dry refreshing ; bitter note. Medium body, thin oily texture, average carbonation, medium lasting roasty sweet finish.
