COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This beer is the last creation of the Mont Blanc brewery. It is brewed with our pure water from our exclusive water catchment on the slopes of Mont Blanc, and from three differents malts : wheat, barley and oat. We wanted a beer that associates a full body malty taste but still a refreshing kick to it. We used a combination of top fermentation and delicate spices like Hibiscus to give it its ruby color and full taste with a hint of fruity notes. The result is a very complex yet very balanced amber beer that will blow you away! Formerly 7.2%

beautiful amber color with ruby tendancy. very nice head. strong malty taste with floral notes. ends with a slightly acid finish which makes it very easy to drink more than one... but 7.2% alc... simply one of the best amber beer I tasted so far, excellent and different!

A deep cloudy red beer with a huge, creamy, beige head. Aroma is very complex, due to the rich maltiness and the little sour hint on the finish. Nice caramel notes.

Bottle: Tumbler: Lively creamy head. Clear amber colored beer. Aromas of malts, corn, caramel, hay, cereal, toast, bread, dried leaves, sprinkle of honey. A perfect marriage of malts, bitters and caramel. With hints of minerals, some dried leaves and herbs and a sprinkle of honey and other caramel related tints. Aftertaste is bitter, caramel, light dry, dried leaves and some caramel ish related tones. Low carbo, light creamy mouthfeel. Balanced, smooth and what a drinker! Freaking delicious stuff!

clear amber colour, huge, stable slightly yellowish off white head; aroma of dried fruits, caramel, honey notes, and some floral hops; taste of caramel, dried fruits, syrupy-honey notes and some minimal bitterness in the background - quite good beer

Wow. This one was a pleasent surprize. Fruit, caramel malty aroma. Sweet taste with a balance that is more spicy than bitter. Sweet aftertaste without being too sweet. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
