Botle 75 cl. Courtesy of SubCapt. Pours a hazy deep golden with a rich and froyhy off-white head leaving quite some lacework. Fresh, spicy, herbal hop aroma. Medium body, a dry fruitiness, somewhat yeasty and again a distinct, dry and bitter hop character. Quite interesting and pleasant. 160612 madmitch76 (24431) - , Essex, ENGLAND - NOV 10, 2012

Borefts Beer Festival IV. Day 1. Hazy amber beer, little white head. Light palate, crisp and dry. Stinging minerally carbonation. Bitter aniseed Aramis hops with mild citrus. The best of the few Aramis beers I’ve had, but it’s a bitter bastard of a hop.

2012-06-16, tasting at Papsø’s, 6-4-6-2-12=30
Hazy copper-amber color. Although it has quite good caramel and hop character (aroma and flavor), it haso has some vegetables in it, not a good sign; it also has a too strong yeast character.
2011-12-13, bottle from La Cave à Bulles, Paris, 6-4-6-3-12=31
Amber color, hazy; medium sized compact head. The aroma shows some yeast and vegetables, and a light earthy hop. Green and rough flavor, very yeasty, also spicy, with some malt and green hops; strong bitterness, resiny (not piney).
The hop used doesn’t seem to be a killer; rough beer.
