Black body, medium brown head. Aroma of roasted malt, coffee, ashes. Flavours of coffee (strong), roasted malt, toasted bread, light ashes. Medium bitter backone. Long bitter coffee dry finish. Medium-smooth body, medium-light carbo. Simple in term of complexity, powerfull flavours and all are balanced with each other. Well made stout!

Deep brown body and light brown lace. Quite some smoke, cacao, toasted white bread and little hops. Roasted malt taste, dry and balanced. Flavourful for a 5% stout for sure. Quality over experimentation or crazy ingredients. Tasty. (33cl bottle) DutchDrebus (6242) - Oirschot, NETHERLANDS - NOV 15, 2012
Bottle @ Benzai. Pitch black oily with a small light brown head. Smells oatmeal, roasty, some chocolate, some coffee, fullgrain bread. Strong smell for its abv. Tastes oatmeal, cornflakes, slightly roasty in the aftertaste. Some chocolate but not very strong. With more abv this beer would be pretty amazing. With this abv its not at all perfect since its a bit thin, but still it’s quite a good beer if you ask me. omhper (25808) - Tyresö, SWEDEN - FEB 3, 2013
Bottled at La Fine Mousse, Paris. Near black with coarse beige head. Coffee aroma. Mid sweet with light-medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Nice concentrated flavours of dark chocolate and coffee. Fairly low bitterness.
