Pours a surprisingly dark and mostly clear body with grey stable frothy head. Clear candy floss aroma (’roze zuurstok’ as DutchDrebus says), strawberry and a bit of funk. Nothing on how I expected this (as a Hefeweizen) to be so far. The beer does have the finely carbonated and drinkable palate of a Hefe, but again the taste is off-centered, even a bit funky. Looks are a bit off and the taste doesn’t match the sweet aroma. A bit of a Frankenstein creation here. It’s okay I guess. Bottle 33cl, a amber dark beer with medium head. Nose is a bit wizen like but with grapefruit. Aroma is low malty, bit watery, with pineapple notes but with an awful and unexpected bitter grapefruit touch, why ? gunnfryd (15086) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - NOV 25, 2012

Bottle 330ml @ fonefanyngwie (17101) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - JUN 23, 2012
Pours clear deep amber with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, caramel, wheat and citrus. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.
Bottle. A small, white head sits on top of a clear, amber body. Rather sourish nose, not milkysour, but still a bit unpleasant. Some fruityness. The flavor is slighlty better, but still not very good, there’s some sourness going on, else it’s fruity and lightly malty. Medium body, some bitterness towards the end. Not a very good one, actually very disappointing considering the other ones I’ve had from this brewery. 120623 chrisv10 (17920) - DENMARK - JUN 23, 2012
