Thanks to bu11zeye for sharing tis bottle. Brown with a tan head. The aroma is full of licorice with some Belgian yeast and roasted malt. The flavor is similar. 33 cl. bottle split / sampled @ Eet & Bierlokaal De Molen during RBESG 2013. Pours a dark brown, big tanned head. Nose carries faint iron, caramel, malts, cacao, sweet yeast. Taste is sweet caramel, brown sugar, sweet BE yeast, coffee, light roast. Slightly creamy body, really surprised by this one. Bottle. Brown pour with loads of sediment, foamy tan head. Aroma of bready yeast, roasted malts, caramel, brown sugar, creamy and with spices. Flavor is sweet roasted malts, creamy and with a smooth texture. Lively carbonation. Well drinkable, but more like a dark dubbel than a porter.

Hazy brown pour. Medium sized vast and slowly changing beige tan colored foamy head on top of a muddy deep deep dark dark red brown colored beer.
Aromas of manure, coffee, roast, yeast, chalk and a light sour touch in the nose.
Flavours of bitters, iron, roast, herbs, dried berries, paper, some clay, a little warmth, barley and coffee roast. There’s a teeny tiny sour touch to it
Bit thin an dry but the roast is good represented.
Aftertaste is a mix of roast, bitters, some dryness, nuts and some floral tones.
Low to medium carbo, soft creamy mouthfeel, medium body and a light creamy texture.

Pretty cloudy red to purple brown beer, big aery irregular head, pretty stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass.Aroma: yeast, overripe fruits, mocha, cocoa, bit of overripe banana, coffee. MF: ok carbon, medium to full body. Taste: coffee and mocha in the start, bit sourish, citrus, pretty bitter, grassy hops, dark chocolate, little smoky. Aftertaste: raisins, mocha, bit sour, bitter hops, overripe fruits, dark chocolate and coffee, a bit off.
The head is stable, the body black. It smells coffee, roasty, maltaromatic. The taste is malty, coffee, roasty, a bit chocolate, a bit creamy- alcoholic. Nice one. 11/12/11/11/12/11
