Bottled. An unclear dark brown beer with a tan head. The aroma has notes of alcohol, chocolate, and roasted malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of over ripe fruits, herbs, roasted malt, and chocolate, leading to a dry finish. Papsoe (25061) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - FEB 23, 2012
Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours a cloudy opaque dark brown with an orange hue and a beige head - comes a heavy gusher. Roasty nose, some dark fruit and quite a tart edge. Medium body, excessive carbonation, roast, vanilla and dark fruits. Ends dry. But clearly infected - if not to a spoiling degree. 230212 yespr (46522) - Copenhagen O, DENMARK - FEB 23, 2012
