This cider pours a golden hue with a bit of caramel, yet crystal clear. Fat bubbles cling to the glass and carbonation is medium yet omnipresent. Great orchardy aroma representing tart, mildly tannic apple skins and something New England-y. Hits the palate light, zesty, and sweeter than I imagined. Similar to Thanksgiving staple bottles of carbonated apple juice. Ultimately drinkable but not heady. A really good alternative to your regular $3 dry cider can. Still, this cider will not blow you away despite its initial impression.

Tulip pour. Pretty, clear, pale, golden bronze, bubbly body.
Smell is full of sharp & tart, browned, macerated apples. Sharp & floral, reminiscent of quince. Quince makes great cider. A bit of a buttery aspect to the nose as well.
Taste is more simple. Solid tartness upfont, followed by a rush of Sweet Tarts. Middle is grassy & crispy, with an ok amount of bitter woody tannins. Finishes dry & forgetful.
Solid quad(& it smells very inviting), but maybe too tart & sweet upfront, without a whole lot backing it up. Capa (3616) - DC, Washington DC, USA - SEP 14, 2015
I "sampled" this multiple times at the Seattle Cider Summit just to make sure I got a good impression of it...and because it was truly a great cider. Nice golden with a white bubbly head. Nice apple, tart, fruity sweet, tannic. Nice zesty feel in the finish. Full flavored but with a nice effervescent body that really makes this eminently drinkable. One of the best ciders I’ve had. Great flavor combined with great refreshment. I wish it was easier to find. HiawathaJones (1) - Bonner, Montana, USA - MAR 30, 2015 does not count
I absolutely LOVED this cider. I wish it wasn’t as spendy. I’d make it my ONLY cider in the refrigerator. Right now, that is Samuel Smith because it’s only $3.99 per 500ml bottle. This is smaller and $9.99. But it is very dry, drinks like effervescent champagne, is not cloyingly sweet and is perfectly balanced with sweet and dry and lovely undertones of flavor that are subtle and unravel like a beautiful journey. Picked up a single 500 ml bottle from Summer Sun Garden & Brew in Missoula, MT. Pours a clear pinot gris colored cider with a thin film top and fine bubbled white ring. Aroma of crisp apples, light pineapple, earthy spice and a hint of yeast. Taste is light bodied, crisp with a mild tart apple/pineapple flavor with some faint pear character. Finish is semi-sweet at first and then a mild tart apple aftertaste. Lighter bodied than the North Fork hard cider. Most definitely a decent wild bird dinner beverage. Bottle, shared with my wife. Pale yellow, crystal clear, medium carbo. Pure apple aroma, fresh, with little oxidiation. Sweet juicy apple flavour, crisp, again with little oxidation so very refreshing. Medium carbonation, clean finish with no cloying syrup residue. Surprisingly tasty! after4ever (8025) - Mukilteo, Washington, USA - MAY 27, 2013
500. Thanks a! Pours a crystal clear and very pale gold. Huge sugary sweet red apple nose. Creamy medium body with lively carb. Very sticky sweet mid palate, lots of sugar. Long sweet finish.
