UPDATED: NOV 10, 2012 Aroma maltato e dolce.

Hazy blond color. Spicy and a bit fruity aroma. Good body strength, quite high alcohol presence, moderate residual sweetness, enough spices from the yeast. Quite strong fnal bitterness, that mixes well with the alcohol punch.
A pleasant brew.

Bottle 33 cl @ Domus Birrae (Rome, Italy). Dark brown/beige/amber, a little foam almost unexistent. Aroma is pear, peaches, some floral that isn’t so pleasant since reminds meds or chemical. Spicy splash that bind itself not properly. Leaves an impression of something too young and untied. Citrus, so to say, is minimal. Body is mildly carbonated, soft, but too much sweet, and bitterness is disturbing. Not watery, but a little flat. Has the finish of a rhubarb syrup, or some rotten fruit. There are many so better tripels, frankly. I don’t know if the batch wasn’t tidy, but don’t liked so much this one.

Cloudy blond beer, small white creamy head, unstable, bit adhesive. Aroma: some iron, cheesy, yeast, sweaty feet, overripe fruits, marzipan. MF: ok carbon, medium to full body. Taste: lots of citrus, bit cheesy, agrum fruits, bitter hops. Aftertaste: pretty dry, citrus.
