Alluva Timorasso. Molto gasata, simile a champagne. A naso malto e uva, minerali tipici del vino, note dolci del miele. Equilibrata e molto fresca nonostante la gradazione alcolica non troppo bassa.

Bottle shared by modevelter - Color: hazy golden blond beer with no carbonation and medium white foam. Smell: grapes, white wine and raisin notes. Small cognac finish. Candied fruits. Very interesting nose. Taste: medium body, astringent with good white grapes domination. Really amazing balance. Good attenuation. Fruity finish. Candied notes. Aftertaste: good dry white wine finish. Sweet caramel and raisin.
