Golden body with a large white head. You can clearly feel the aroma and taste of grape (timorasso is used in the production), with a well balanced light sweet and sour flavor.

bottle a friend found in the back of his stash from a few years back. opened with a nice hiss and poured a golden color with a one finger white head and steady carbonation. aroma has dusty grapes, yeast, and some surviving hops. mouth feel is light and there is high crisp carbonation. flavor has a nice bit of yeast, grapes that have lost there brightness, flowers, very mild wood, and a slight tartness. very nice beer and although it has lost the brightness it stood up incredibly well.

Tasted at the Triple Rock Sour and Barrel Aged Fest on 2/12/2011. This fruit beer pours a light to medium orange gold color from a 500ml (?) bottle. Medium sized white foamy head. The aroma is fruity and sweet, grapes, grape skins and wood. A medium to full bodied fruit beer. The malts are fruity and sweet, grape and grape skins. The hops are earthy. Very smooth tasting. Mild carbonation. Touch of orange and orange peel. You really notice the grapes in this beer, and how the wood interacts with the malts and grapes. Nice. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly sweet.

Nate2Gs Birthday Bash at Kernel. Hazy gold beer, little white head. Light dry palate, semi crisp. A little tart citrus with dry and mild creamy malts that are dominated by banana esters. Sourish semi dry finish with some sherbet. A curious beer, messy even but likeable and tasty.

Scopey (14498) - Croydon, Greater London, ENGLAND - NOV 8, 2011
Bottle thanks to Mario at Nate Dawgs Birthday Bash. It pour light hazy golden yellow, with a decent white head. The nose is banana, alcohol, white grape and yeast. The taste is banana, aniseed, wood, white grape, dough, bread, touch of tartness and yeast, with a dry finish. Medium body, lively carbonation and foamy mouth-feel. An interesting and unusual brew.

Bottle at Nates Massive Kernel Birthday Piss-Up. Pours clear, yellow-gold with a big, white foam head. Big malt nose, some banana and alcohol. Sweet and malty, lightly spicy, doughy with a bit of floral bitterness. Medium to full in body with average carbonation and a slightly vinous feel. Malty finish, some fruits, perhaps white grapes, sugar. Not bad.
