UPDATED: SEP 29, 2008 Very fine & dense white head, over fully hazy straw beer. White wine nose, like a demi-sec, very fine southern wine. A bit of human sweat, a lot of grapes, some coriander, obviously wine like. Champenoise pearling & MF, really wine-like. Very strange, delicate beer, but not exactly exciting. Mille grazie, Lorenzo!
Second rating, specially aged version at the brewery. Gushing but no head; hazy pale yellow beer. [3/5]Very grapy, white winegrape nose, sharp, going over in clear white wine. [8/10]Soft-sweet, winy taste, oseille/zurkel, like fish cooked with white wine & vegetables in foil. Exceptional flavours. Wood, vinous, some restsugars. [8/10]Fiery MF, light body yet nowhere empty. [3/5]Great beer, with a totally unedited flavourprofile. Mille grazie, Ricardo, for a try of this very limited beer. [16/20] Total: 3.8/5 for the longer aged version.

A Mes rate. Bottle at the Struise Farm, thanks to Urbs.
Hazy yellow with a big white head. Slight Brett and some good fruit on the nose. Lovely Bretty flavour. Bright hops and really fruity all round. Loads of life. Lively as hell. Big tarty lemon finish. Lovely start to the day.

Pours a slightly hazy gold body with a one finger white head. The nose is heavy bready and doughy pils malt with a light citrusy hoppiness. Just a slight grape and oakiness. The flavor is seeeter than expected, with some bright citrusy hops. Doesnt taste 8.4 %. Not especially hoppy though. Like an imperial pale ale maybe. Medium bodied with soft fizzy carbonation and a light lingering bitterness. Medium bodied with soft fizzy carbonation and a lingering finish. Decent, not amazing.

[20-OCT-2013] Draught at EurHop Beer Festival (EBF) 2013 in Rome. Pours like fruit salad - yellow, aroma of honey, nice caramel acidity, flavor is slightly sour, not that interesting, medium bodied
