Bottle. Pours a hazy golden body with a white head. Flrmeish sour cherries and grape skin notes. Grainy body yeasty and lemon y. Funky fruity lemon zest and a puke like acidity. Eh can’t say i was crazy about this.

Tasted at the Triple Rock Sour and Barrel Aged Fest on 2/12/2011. This fruit beer pours a light to medium orange gold color from a 500ml (?) bottle. Medium sized white foamy head. The aroma is fruity and sweet, grapes, grape skins and wood. A medium to full bodied fruit beer. The malts are fruity and sweet, grape and grape skins. The hops are earthy. Very smooth tasting. Mild carbonation. Touch of orange and orange peel. You really notice the grapes in this beer, and how the wood interacts with the malts and grapes. Nice. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly sweet.

750ml Bottle: Bottle opened with a loud pop, and then gushed. Aroma of fruit, light grape, light oak, light nectar, slight spice, and slight Brett. Poured yellow/gold/slight amber in color with a very large, creamy, dense, white head that diminished but lasted throughout. Cloudy. Very sparkling. Full of tiny and small particles throughout. Flavor is medium sweet. Tastes of fruit, oak, light vanilla, slight grape, and slight Brett. Medium body. Thinish, tingly texture. Lively carbonation. Fruit, grape, oak, and slight Brett finish is slightly dry.

(Bottled, 0.75l, BBE 31.12.2010) A gusher (although slow)! Opaque yellow with a small, firm head. Very tart nose with grapes, brett and citrus. Flavor is dry and very citrus-fruity, with vinous grape funkiness and sweetish pale malt to balance. Also some grassy-citrusy hop bitterness. Medium to full body, very carbonated - still nicely refreshing. There’s no question about it: this is a great brewery when it comes to the tart stuff. They should watch the CO2 levels, though. 4466

Bottle at Chez Moeder Lambic Fontainas, march 14th 2015. Hazy yellow body, medium foamy white head. Fruity aroma with grapes, juicy sweetness, earthy hops. Sweet tasta of fruit and anise with a dry zesty grape finish. Decent.

TURDFERGUSON (4058) - Durham, North Carolina, USA - JUN 30, 2014
Bottle shared by Nolo at his house. Thanks duder. Nose is sorta mulled apple cider, light spice, cinnamon, some lemon tea as it warms a bit. Flavor is similar; light tartness, if any. Sorta muddled and boring.

Pours a dark golden orange color with tangerine edges and a two finger pillowy white foam head.  Good retention, only slowly fading into a thick, lasting ring. Soapy lacing left behind. Earthy aroma with some musty barnyrad funk along with estery light fruits, peppery spice and a strong vinous grape presence.  Hints of bready yeast and peppery spice followed by light grapes, apple, pear and booze.   Medium bodied wih delicate carbonation and a nice balance of zesty spice, bready yeast, estery fruit notes and grape juice.  Slight funky with musty grape skin flavor along with peppey spice and bready yeast which adds fullness to the palate.  Some boozy sweetness with hits  of pear and vinous grapes.  Sweeter than open mind with more fruit than just grape/wine character.

Bottle shared by modevelter - Color: hazy golden blond beer with no carbonation and medium white foam. Smell: grapes, white wine and raisin notes. Small cognac finish. Candied fruits. Very interesting nose. Taste: medium body, astringent with good white grapes domination. Really amazing balance. Good attenuation. Fruity finish. Candied notes. Aftertaste: good dry white wine finish. Sweet caramel and raisin.

Mortlach (2347) - Rome, ITALY - SEP 13, 2012
13/09/2012 Ma che siete venuti a fà (tap). Dorata, opalescente, torbida, schiuma abbondantissima, abbastanza persistente. Naso molto delicato, sentori di lieviti e uva dolce. In bocca è dolciastra, lievemente acidula, mostra qualche difetto di gioventù, si intuisce che è una birra dal potenziale molto elevato e di grande eleganza. Corpo medio, buona carbonazione. Non era in forma splendida, mi piacerebbe riprovarla.

tia (2228) - Sandston, Virginia, USA - OCT 31, 2015
Bottle @ RVA 22nd. Hazy/milky honey. Smells slightly green and lightly wheaty and grapey. Tastes wheaty and sweet.
