1.9 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20
9/12/15. Wow, random tick from a gas station in Peoria. Enjoyed from the bottle in a hotel room. Probably clear golden. A whiff gives me tortilla chips, sulfur, green apple. Tastes like crackers, corn chips, hay, grass, and sulfur. Meh.

2.3 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
ice bubbly white head that mostly lasted. Pale yellow color with a sparkling appearance. Aroma of light grass, hint of cardboard, light notes of malt. Over the palate some dryness and light feel of caramel. Light bodied with an average carbonation. Light sweet and bitter flavor in balance. Light dry and bitter finish.

1.8 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20
Totally clear gold with a small white head.
Corn, grain aroma.
Sweet, sugary corn and grain malt taste.
Exceedingly watery and bland...
Thankfully none of those sharp, awful notes you sometimes get in cheap Mexican beers....
Not good, but expected worse.

24 ounce can purchased from gas station in Gibson City, IL. Corn and barley malt aroma. Golden yellow with nice head. Sweet corn, barley malt, and mildly bitter hay flavor. Another cheap lager - a bit worse than the average Mexican lager.

Not a terrible flavor but overall a very lame beer without much of a character. Pretty similar to a weak Corona.

2.1 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Found in my in-laws fridge, usually a pretty good place to find decent beer. This was not a bad beer but it wasn’t a good one either. very mild no bitter, I think montejo might be Mexican for water. I wouldn’t go out of my way for it, but if its what I can find it will do.

2.1 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
Tall, shock absorber type can. Clear, yellow. Filmy ice-white head. Powdery, dry malt aroma. Dry, a little corny. Bittering is mild, but what’s there is tinny and unpleasant. Lightish body, aftertaste clings to the top of the tongue. Going forward, I’d only take a free one at a barbecue on a really hot day. Desperately needs a citrus wedge. Circle K, Centerville and Capital Circle.

2.3 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
Pours a clear golden yellow color with a light fizzy head that disappears quickly. The aroma is a very light malt scent, cant really pinpoint the smell. As far as taste goes, this beer has as light a taste and the aroma, doesn’t have much aftertaste. Overall the beer is smooth but that’t because it’s really watered down. If you don’t like a strong beer taste this is a good beer for you.
