Botella de 33 cl de el c. Ingles tomada en el kraken el 12-01-2015. con fecha de cons pref 10-09-2015. color negro con espuma beige oscura. Aromas y sabores ligeros de maltas tostadas ligera sensación final de quemado y carbón. Toques dulces y poco amargo. Cuerpo ligero a medio con 5.2 vol bastante fácil de beber y ligeramente cremosa. Bottle from Curvemur, Murcia, Spain. Pours a deep brown colour, almost black, with a small brown head. Aroma of roasted malt, toffee, and chocolate. Soft carbonation, medium body, slick texture. Refrigerated 75 cl brown bottle from the rare beer club poured into an English pint glass. Black with medium light brown head. Thick creamy tan head. Clear black pour. A little watery but other than that, quite a decent dry stout.

Appearance: dark brown pour with lighter brown edges, one finger of very creamy light tan head. Aroma: I let this one sit for a while, and good aromas were the reward--dark chocolate, rich espresso (like a café bustelo), notes of vanilla and a hint of rum raisin. Taste: as it warmed, the flavors really bloomed--bittersweet dark chocolate, a hint of ash or burnt toast, light caramel, some toffee and vanilla. Finish: nicely dry, with a lighter palate; lively carbonation but smooth enough to feel stout-like. Notes: A very well-executed dry stout. Not overly complex, and certainly not a huge beer. Took a good while for the best qualities to come out, pretty close to room temp. Bottle from the Rare Beer Club.

750 ml. bottle made available through the Rare Beer Club, shared and poured to snifters, displaying a black/brown hue, with some ruby highlighting, a bubbly layer of brownish tan head foam, and dots & dashes of lacing. The nose was roasted and dry, with notes of cocoa & coffee. Light to medium bodied, with fair carbonation, the taste was similar, and also presented a moderate, earthy hop bitterness that combined with the dry roastiness to create in my estimation, a light sense of smoke & char. Bottle from RBC- pours dark, opaque, mahogany brown, thick milky, khaki head. Roasted malts, toast, bitter chocolate, lighter bodied, mild bitterness, somewhat oily. Nice and drinkable

Dark brown, very pleasant roast aromas, taste is lovely, dark roast and bitter, clean dry finish. A burnt chocolate quality sort of coats the mouth and lingers. A quality beer.
