COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
PENGE BORISZ
A hagyományos Russian Imperial Stout.

(roughly translated)
A traditional Russian Imperial Stout. 7 malt varieties, rich flavor and aroma. Full bodied, dark, thick. Aged in the bottle for 7 months to achieve maximum hop and malt balance. High abv, berries, dried fruit esters, roasted flavors, smooth caramel and truffle aftertaste. Limited to 2000 bottles each individually numbered.

Összetevők: ivóvíz, árpamaláta (Maris Otter, Special W, Melanoidin, Brown Malt, Munich II, pörköltárpa, Carafa I), komló (Magnum, Fuggle, Styrian Golding), sörélesztő.
Ajánlott fogyasztási hőmérséklet: 12-15 °C.
Sörjellemzők: ABV: 8%, IBU: 60, SRM: 50, PLATO: 20°
Szezonális sör: tél

Nice dark chocolate aroma with some alcohol and cocoa. Cloudy black body with minimal sized brown head. Chocolate, cocoa, long cocoa finish. Thin to medium body, maybe bit too watery for a style. Otherwise very good.

Bottle from from De Molen Brewery Beer Shop, Bodegraven. Consumed at home Friday 15th December 2017 whilst cooking a Chicken Balti from The Curry Guy cookbook. Soft in the mouth, really creamy mouthfeel. Mocha in the mouth a little praline, it's roasty (smooth roasty), chocolate (milk) but it is also hoppy, really smooth and very, very good.
