Tap. Hazy straw with a thick white that fades quite quickly. Aroma of lemon syllabub , white pepper, cardamon, cloves, a little Sichaun pepper. Slightly creamy mouthfeel, but it’s a little on the thin side. Sweetish dough, lemony sourness, vibrant spices in a finish that’s quite dry and bitter. Could do with a little more body, but there’s plenty of character. davidm (2081) - Sunnyvale, California, USA - JAN 22, 2012
On tap at Beer de Luxe. Well balanced saison. Aromas of citrus, honey, vanilla, with hints of butter. Taste is sweet, with sour notes, and average length. Palate is velvety, and medium bodied. Yellow, bubbly, with a frothy head. StevieT (2039) - AUSTRALIA - NOV 30, 2013
Very light, fruity, a little spicy and refreshing. Not my favourite style of beer but very well made, give it a go. imaragingbull (579) - Sydney, AUSTRALIA - JAN 25, 2012
Tap at new sydney hotel in Hobart. Pours hazy pale straw yellow with small head. Fair lace. Aroma of grass, lemon, herbs, hay some spicy clove and only a light touch of funk. Light body, fizzy, acidic and bitter. Finishes crisp, sour and tart, thin and a touch salty. OK for an Aussie seasonal. Oakes (19010) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - FEB 12, 2016
At the brewery. Cloudy pale. Aroma has a touch of pear...yeasty...dash of continental hop. Good brew, could use a hit of bitterness but a decent straightforward saison.

Very straight forward belgian pale. Bubblegum and banana without the usual character of a good saison. Decent drinking, but really just a ’there’ beer. Rangi (671) - NEW ZEALAND - DEC 15, 2012
Nicely done Saison. Light and refreshing. Stand out up front wheat flavour with some nice subtle spices of pepper and cloves coming through. vanvenlo (1913) - Glen Iris, AUSTRALIA - FEB 25, 2014
