Nose not strong but hints of lemon, lime and funky yeast. Appearance is a beautiful opaque straw yellow with nice fine white head. Taste is lemon then a touch of lime, a bit grassy with some funky Brett notes. VERY refreshing. Palate is tart and citrus gives a nice bitter array in the mouthfeel. Overall all the beer’s elements complement very well to give a great experience. hawthorne00 (3903) - Melbourne, AUSTRALIA - MAY 25, 2012
Bottle. Hazy yellow with a large souffle-like white head that lasts well. Very high bead. Aroma is barnyardy with complex citrus and tropical fruit. Light-bodied with a little slickness. Sweet lemon pudding, wheaty tartness, grapefruit, lime-leaf, white pepper, a little detergent. Little if any bitterness. Very refreshing with some interesting things going on. davidm (2080) - Sunnyvale, California, USA - JUN 2, 2012
On tap at Mrs Parma’s. Very interesting, similar to a Belgian wit. Aroma of citrus, with notes of honey, coriander, and apple. Taste is sweet and tart, with average length. Palate is velvety, and highly carbonated. Pale yellow, with a thin head. gam (3909) - brisbane, AUSTRALIA - JUN 15, 2012

Bottle from Mane Liquor. Pours cloudy yellow with a large, fluffy white head leaving ince lacing behind. Nose is all about the funk and brett with some zesty lemon and citrus notes behind it all. Quite sour and tarty in the taste with clear lemon zest and a sort of lemon morange feel to it. Bready aftertaste. Not bad

Pours straw with a fading head.
Aroma include funky brett, lemon, orange blossom and floral perfume.
Wheat, lemon and floral notes present themselves as flavours, along with more funky brett and some acidity.
Carbonation is too high.
Light and refreshing stuff. DeliriumT (537) - Brisbane, AUSTRALIA - AUG 2, 2012
Pours pale and cloudy laced with white fluffy head. Smells like fresh damp yeast and orange peel. Tastes like wheaty mandarin juice jdpeebs (686) - Sydney, AUSTRALIA - DEC 6, 2012
330ml bottle- Nice cloudy golden honey colour. Good citrus aromas with a good tart finish. ALLOVATE (3004) - Perth, AUSTRALIA - MAR 28, 2013
Pours an unexcited pastel yellow with very fine carbonation. Head is up, had is down then settles little more than a film of white. Ripe and artificial, deep drawn citrus nose edging at lime Coola cordial, candied lemon and Solo™ lemon soda, rose water and light yeasty notes - this is heady and lingering. Tart and tight, and more exciting than what was taken in before on the palate. A little hairy, the yeast working in well. Lemon sherbet, citric acid, salted white-rind cheese, lemon zest and a great deal of all things lime dominates the palate. Watery to be honest and this shows in the very quenching, clean, thin, nothing passed the tonsils swallow and nothing on the palate to remind. I know what Moon Dog set out to achieve, and ’heck’ they achieved it. But this one did nothing for me. But, I’m a softy so credit where credit is due though!! 330mL bottle. Very pale pour with a small head and a lemon pudding aroma. A funkyness the flavour with a light fruity flavour to it and minimal bitterness. I think we are all over the magnificent mullet series by the time this beer was released.
