Poured from the tap into a pint glass at the Crystal Beer Palace in Savannah. The appearance is a pitch black with a tan head. The aroma is malt bliss. MBlessing (1655) - Württemberg, GERMANY - MAR 31, 2017

Pours a flat dark brown, almost black body with a small wispy brown head. The nose is roasty and dry with a nice coffee note. Best aroma of the bunch. The flavor is pretty decent too, though maybe a bit acrid and burnt on the finish. Some lingering burnt malt. Light bodied with soft fizzy carbonation. Ok effort. jrob21 (3931) - Atlanta, Georgia, USA - JUN 21, 2016
Growler from ale yeah. Big roasty malt aroma. Medium bodied but still decent bittersweet chocolate flavors. Nice presence for a relatively low alcohol beer. mar (5469) - Dallas, Texas, USA - MAY 30, 2016
Deep brown/black with a khaki head. Bitter roasted malts, dry, coffee. Thin palate, heavy roast, bitter, coffee, chocolate, dry finish

Pours a color like cola. Nice lacing. Nose is chocolate malt. Taste is flat and somewhat bland. Then again, I'm not a fan of Irish stout. Not bad, but not a favorite.

Nose is roast malt, spice, biscuit, raisens, light cocoa notes.
Taste comprises bitter roast, earthy, dark fruit, trace of chocolate.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close.
Ok if a touch whelming.
