Sampled at WBF in Durham - the only Wit I tried all day. Nice break from the porters and stouts. Poured a cloudy yellow with a white head. Aroma of wheat, yeast, spice and citrus. The taste was a refeshing citrus with some spice undertone and a wheaty finish. Not bad at all. UnholyBrewing (596) - Central Florida(Upper Hell), Florida, USA - JUN 4, 2012
...had it on tap at the brewpub, and was rather surprised, was much better than I expected. Nice citrus and wheat notes on the nose. Looked nice and cloudy in the glass, with a orange hue. Light carbonation, smooth mouthfeel with nice wheat malt flavor. Finished slightly creamy with orange and corriander notes. drowland (9191) - Georgia, USA - JUL 16, 2013
5/22/13. On tap at the brewery. Hazy orange pour with a fluffy off-white head. Phenolicy spice in the aroma, a touch on the plastic side, with some citrus and bready malts. Citrus and spice in the flavor, light malts behind it. Not bad. hayduke (5752) - Eureka, California, USA - JAN 7, 2016
Sampled at GABF 2015. In the tasting glass a hazy light yellow with a thin white head. Nose of citrus and some coriander. Light in body. Flavor is citrus with bite and the coriander is big in the lemon zest finish. A lot like Los Coast Great White from my hometown. PorterPounder (8402) - Tallahassee, Florida, USA - FEB 29, 2004
Has a hazy, dark yellow appearance, little to no head - but leaves a good amount of lace though.Has a bit of a sprucey aroma.Tangy, lemony flavor witha good thick creamy mouthfeel. Very lively and "spritzy" - good wit for a brewpub.

Cloudy yellow body, little head. Aroma is lemony and a bit spicy. Flavor is rich and sweet with mild hoppiness. Not a bad one for the summer heat. KieferUGA (462) - Atlanta, Georgia, USA - OCT 27, 2007
4 oz. sampler. Pours a cloudy, lemonade-like color. Aroma of orange peel. Mouthfeel is very clean and dry, with bready notes. Subtle spices sneak up at the end. durhambeer (2585) - Durham, North Carolina, USA - SEP 25, 2008
Draft sample at Brewgrass. Bright golden cloudy pour. Thin big bubbly head. Bitter tart lemony (thin floor cleaner) and as is so easy to do with this style, too much coriander. Still quite drinkable and refreshing if you like this Wits. ChainGangGuy (4950) - Woodstock, Georgia, USA - FEB 10, 2009
Appearance: Hazy, straw-colored yellow body with a thin, white head.
Smell: Soft wheat nose attended by notes of citrus (predominately lemon) and coriander leaves.
Taste: Lightly sweet, lightly tangy malted wheat taste leads, followed by a bright lemon and orange flavor and a dash of spicy coriander. Faint spicy hop character with a medium-low bitterness. Extremely faint hint of banana prior to the dry, spicy finish.
Mouthfeel: Medium-thin body. Medium carbonation.
Drinkability: Fairly average, but would still make for excellent drinking in the swelteringly hot summers of Savannah. SSSteve (4006) - - DEC 16, 2009
