CapFlu (5132) - Victoria, British Columbia, CANADA - NOV 8, 2015
My second bottle. Pours near headless atop apple juice coloured body. Nose of Apple skin. Smooth, mild citrus, grapes, apple, and small yeast. Okay.

Pale yellow with a good pale head. Aroma is lemon peel, apricot, honey, citrus. Medium bodied, bittersweet on the palate. Taste is apricot, citrus peel, grape skins.

Golden w thick head. Very tropical...like a trip to Homestead with mangoes and other bright tropical fruits, a bit of bitterness...bit of overripe character and the malts, while pale, are getting a bit thick fir genuine enjoyment.

vadie (1257) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - APR 12, 2014

Nice alcohol balance, lots of banana esters. A nice bit of lace belgian lace.

3.8
LarryBeast (616) - - JAN 31, 2014
On tap @TheMoonBrewpub. Hazy gold, white head. Wheat/straw, earthy yeast, banana, lemon, coriander. Bold and boozy. Good complexity. Dryly sweet.

3.5
mcberko (18998) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - JAN 17, 2014
On tap at the Alibi Room, pours a clear pale yellow with a small white head. Aroma of biscuity malt, some light Belgian yeast and straw. Flavour is similar, and quite authentic for a tripel, with notes of Belgian yeast, straw, dry apples, and champagne. Well-balanced, without any residual sweetness like in so many shitty North American tripels. Good stuff.

3.4
Ferris (16524) - Burnaby, British Columbia, CANADA - JAN 14, 2014
Bottle - Lots of sweet banana esters. Pale gold with a fizzy white head. Lots of banana esters, hop bitterness, a bit of spice, even more boozy yeast and a dry finish. Although not a classic tripel, a tasty beer that was nice to drink.

3.6
stantheman (1098) - British Columbia, CANADA - DEC 28, 2013
On tap at St Augustine’s in Vancouver. A pale golden ale with a bit of head. Prominent fruit and spice impressions. Lemon and coriander overall. A passable take on a Belgian tripel.

3.4
Gerbeer (4022) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - DEC 26, 2013
750 ml bottle. Pours a clear gold with moderate white head. Aromas of lemons, coriander, honey, and fruit. Flavors of lemons, coriander, wheat, and light resin. Somewhat bitter finish.
