I love a good pils. This is damn fine. Pours a slightly hazy, golden straw colour with a steady carbonation stream in the body with a fizzy, finger of white head. The nose is grainy, malt forward but has a light floral and noble spice hop bitterness behind it. Light citrus and floral hop notes. Light yeast profile is subtle but nicely done. This is one of the best pils I've had recently and I wish I could get it in Calgary. Love this as a style to drink regularly but rarely find lagers that are dry, bitter and unfiltered and are even more rarely done well. mansquito (6817) - Nueva York, New York, USA - AUG 23, 2017

Draught at the brewpub. Grassy, bready aroma. Clean, fresh. I really like this pils. I also smell fresh wort, but I guess that is all because they’re just brewing something right now.
