On tap @ Beer Revolution. Pours clear golden amber with medium lacy white head. Aroma is biscuity caramel malt, hops are herbal and lightly dank. More piney notes come out in the taste, though still malt driven. Lightly bitter on the finish. Ok, a bit too malty for my taste when expecting a fresh hop. bytemesis (8438) - Sunnyvale, California, USA - OCT 11, 2014
Tap. Pours hazy amber, small beige head, creamy, nice lacing. Aroma is not strong, herbal, spruce tips, a bit of pot. Flavor is light plus sweet, light plus bitter. A bit harsh, odd herbal note. Medium body, creamy mouthfeel. 944play (418) - Santa Rosa, California, USA - SEP 24, 2014
Cask at Toad in the Hole. Clear amber with moderate white foam. Very mild mango, bubble gum, and cilantro aromas. Effortless warm black tea and lilting, mellow apple flavors ease into gently pressing bitterness. Quite thin and dry with scant ferment character. Tycho52 (65) - California, USA - MAY 8, 2012
Amber color with a white head. A not overwhelming but enjoyable hoppy flavor. Drank from tap at a restaurant, and the piney and herbal taste and aroma were at the front end, and trailed off nicely. ngeunit1 (1555) - Waltham, Massachusetts, USA - OCT 18, 2011
A - Served a clear copper-amber color with a finger of frothy slightly off-white head atop. The head faded down fairly slowly leaving behind some nice lacing in the process.
S - Aroma is full of fresh pine and citrus hops with some nice earthiness and some sweet malts providing some balance and depth.
T - Starts off with lots of fresh flora and citrus hops. Some good grapefruit and earthy hop flavors come through. There is also some sweet caramel malt flavor building. Through the middle, the hop flavor gets a bit stronger alongside some more bitterness and malt flavor. The finish is again, big on the hop and bitterness with just enough sweet malts lingering.
M - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Feels smooth with a nice dry and earthy mouthfeel.
D - Very drinkable. Really nicely balanced harvest ale with a nice hop and malt balance that still really features the fresh hop flavor nicely.

On tap @ Toronado SF. Light off-white swirl of foam on copper yellow beer. Aroma is citrus, fresh floral hops, and dank pine through the finish. Bit undercarbonated. Taste is predominately bitter hops with some floral notes, pine, and minimal citrus. Good beer. badlizard (5533) - Berkeley, California, USA - NOV 10, 2010

Pours clear copper with small creamy head. Active carbonation. Nose is wet hoppy dankness. body is light. Earthy maltiness with bitter finish. kmweaver (3207) - Petaluma, California, USA - NOV 18, 2009
Draft @ Toad in the Hole Pours a clear, bright yellow-orange color; off-white head with good retention and assertive lacing; attractive pour. Nice amounts of earthiness and basic tea-like malts in the aroma; lightly dry and crisp. Medium mouthfeel: lively earthy and mineral and citrus acidity; nice biscuity and tea maltiness at the core (wanted more notes; having too pleasant a conversation at the bar!); nicely crisp, dry, very drinkable and toasty; slightly green, stalky notes over a nicely crisp, juicy IPA; very solid beer. Medium finish: toasty, biscuity, nicely dry; cereal at the end. BrotherGrendel (787) - San Diego, California, USA - OCT 24, 2009
On draft at Obriens. Cloudy light orange with thin head. Nose is dank green plants and pine. Flavor is pine resin bomb with a solid bread malt backbone, light citrus and fruits in the dry finish. Medium body, carbonation is a bit too high and biting. Wonderfully fresh and tasty wet hop IPA.
