Draft at Sonoma Wine Exchange. Nice grassy hop aroma. Light amber color with a great white head. Medium body with very creamy carbonation. Flavor of wheat and malt - very mildly sweet. The finish is malty, but dry! Theres a decent amount of floral and/or grassy hop. This could pass for an ale. Its also a lot more complex than Im able to describe.

Pours golden with fine streaming bubbles and a dense, lasting white head. The aroma is freshly baked biscuits, with touches of grass and noble hops. The flavor is grassy, grainy, and spicy. Nice full body thats almost creamy with lots of bread and grass in the finish. Just a hint of sweet apple flavor in the front. Awesome lager.
