COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our single-hop series featuring "Mosaic". We take a simple New England style Pale Ale recipe and blast it with huge late kettle additions and massive dry hopping. This hop bursts with juicy layers of mango, berry, tangerine, peach, and a little bit of dank. Unfined and unfiltered as usual. Absolutely crushable.

Tap at Cap Hop. Pours very hazy gold with a white head. Aroma is dank. I think mostly citrus. Near full bodied. Dank it is, citrus not so much. Lots of pale stone fruit, some tangerine and something tropical. Juicy too. Lots of hop. Maybe a mild hop burn. It is incredibly delicious. Juicy and bitter. Nice combo.

Can into a snifter showing moderately filtered orange with half a finger of quickly dissipating clean white foam.

The nose shows strong notes of clean and juicy blood oranges.

The palate is well carbonated and light bodied. Clean and juicy blood orange forward with a light malt backbone support and a mild pine bitterness on the finish. Light minty mouthfeel. Very good
