A perfect black IPA. Lovely hoppy aroma with a nice mild coffee roasted malt twist. I love this beer! SilverfoX (871) - Norfolk, ENGLAND - JUN 2, 2014

realmente sorprendente, una ipa con un toque tostado que hace del todo el conjunto una muy buena cerveza

Appearance: black, clear with a medium sized and rather quickly dropping light tan head that leaves great lacing on the glass.JohnRMurdoch (4924) - Glasgow, SCOTLAND - MAR 20, 2013
Aroma: very hoppy, resinous, citrus, with a little bit of roastiness. Notes of caramel and coffee are in the back, very subtle.
Taste: tastes almost like a regular IPA at first. It’s pretty hoppy, citrusy, there’s pine, resin, some sweet notes and then comes the roastiness. So this is basically how a beer in this style shoud taste. In many Black IPAs the roastiness is too big, here it’s on almost perfect level. Medium to high, long lasting bitterness.
Mouthfeel: medium bodied, medium to soft carbonation.
Overall: I really enjoyed this one. It’s a light, highly drinkable beer with great hoppy aroma, nice, almost pure IPA-ish taste with just a hint of roastiness. This one is one of the best beers in this style that I’ve ever had. Highly recommended!
660ml bottle from Great Grog. Almost black colour, big beige head. Woody tar hop aroma. Pine biscuit hop flavour. Big hoppy aftertaste. This a a great one.

Clear dark brown beer, big irregular beige crackling head, pretty stable, patches of lacing. Aroma: very hoppy, resinous, citrus, quite some grapefruit, soft roast, some caramel. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: sourish start, lots of citrus, grapefruit, pretty bitter, hint of chocolate. Aftertaste: bitter, citrus, grapefruit, resinous, coffee notes, grassy, very refreshing hops, man this is good stuff!
Can at home. Malty, great aroma, roast, light bitter, citrus fruits. Fantastic black IPA. These Moors cans really are something. Rangi (672) - NEW ZEALAND - NOV 29, 2012
Awesome aroma, hops, coffee roasted malts and chocolate all mingle into one to produce a nice sweet aroma. Bitter sweet and smooth. Finnish has a nutty component just slightly. Very sessionable.

660ml bottle bought at Ale&Hop, Barcelona. Aroma: coffee, fresh malts. Appearance: dark brown, soft bronze tones. Creamy foam, quite a contrast between liquid and foam. Seems like a cappuccino. Taste: coffe, dark chocolate. Palate: not much alcoholic persistance, hoppy ending. Overall: this is great stuff. turtlebirra (39) - SPAIN - DEC 20, 2012
Bottle at Ale&Hop in Barcelona.
It pours brown and gets black in the glass.
Floral and fruity aromas coming out form the creamy beige foam, which persists in the glass. Roasty and coffee palate and a bitter ending that persists in the aftertaste.
