COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask, keg & bottle conditioned; Regular.
Previously known as Northern Star.

Ultra-pale, ultra hoppy, ultra sexy, ultra modern golden ale showcasing Northern Hemisphere hops to impart a pronounced floral and citric quality to the beer, with honey and elderflower in the nose. This beer had been so anticipated that in less than two weeks of release it had won a beer festival and sold out. Not wanting to disappoint its many fans, we have rebrewed it and keep it on permanently.

Cloudy golden color, white head with some retention. Aroma has notes of hay, light cerealish, light hoppy. Flavor is slightly bittery, light maltiness, cerealish notes, slightly citrus. Light bitterness in the final with light body.

(can, 33cl) Hazy, pale golden colour with a big and blond foamy head. Fruity hoppy aroma with notes of citrus, grapefruit, but also a grassy and minimally sweaty touch. Mildly bitter flavour, light bodied with a moderate carbonation. Mineralic and slim malty base with citric and grassy hops; dry and mineralic, mildly hop bitter finish. Okay. 10.I.18

UPDATED: DEC 14, 2017 Tap at Craft Room. Murky golden body Another beer you really shouldn't drink too cold or you'll just waste it. Peachy, even lightly tropical subdued aroma, somewhat herbal. Soft even slightly sweetish tropical hoppy notes, ending dry, quite better. Very good light beer.
Can. Hazy golden body. Full aroma, hoppy, sweetish orange notes with light herbal touches. Light taste, simple, light peachy hoppiness, but with a pretty good, elegant body, making this very drinkable. Very much a solid beer. 6/3/6/4/13

Cask at the Old Red Cow. A murky pint of beer, but good looking nonetheless. The taste was dusty hops that was quickly followed by a watery flavour that lasted all the way down. I'm all for low abv beers, but this really wasn't good because of the wateriness.

tomer (3892) - Rishon Le Zion, ISRAEL - NOV 22, 2017
At a tasting, thanks, small bubbly head, cloudy pale orange color, with lots of yellow hues, aromas of pomelo and grapefruit with a light malty touch and a onion hint, empathic grapefruit bitterness, herbs and onions. Nice and enjoyable.

macca147 (829) - Sydney, AUSTRALIA - NOV 16, 2017
On tap at Pint Shop, Oxford. 1/2 pint. Pours a very pale and clear orange gold with a thin white head. Aroma: citrus, mild grapefruit, mild honey and floral notes. Pleasant aroma without being strong. Taste: citrus, grapefruit, floral flavours. Very mild pine and tropical flavours. Thin bodied. Moderate carbonation. Mild to moderate lingering bitterness. Very easy to drink and very sessionable. Enough flavour to keep you drinking all night, but not enough flavour to make it a stand alone beer.

Unde (1206) - Helsinki, FINLAND - NOV 8, 2017
UPDATED: NOV 8, 2017 Hazy yellow beer with smallish head leaving lacing behind as it dissolves. Aroma has sweet fruits, grapefruit and citrus hops as well as some sweet malts. Taste is somewhat bitter with grapefruit and citrus bitterness, malts and sweet fruits balance the taste. Medium body and medium carbonation.
