COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask, keg & bottle conditioned; Regular.
Previously known as Northern Star.

Ultra-pale, ultra hoppy, ultra sexy, ultra modern golden ale showcasing Northern Hemisphere hops to impart a pronounced floral and citric quality to the beer, with honey and elderflower in the nose. This beer had been so anticipated that in less than two weeks of release it had won a beer festival and sold out. Not wanting to disappoint its many fans, we have rebrewed it and keep it on permanently.

From can. Hazy gold with nice hazy head. Good floral, hoppy aroma. Hoppy taste, a bit of sweet hay? Nice bitter finish, not too strong. Another good one from Moor ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Kolor jasno złoty, prawie słomkowy. Piana biała, wysoka i trwala. Pozostawia mnóstwo zdobień na szkle. Intensywnie owocowy aromat.

[email protected] Cloudy yellow, medium white head. Citruses, mainly oranges, hops. Quite some body for the low ABV. Botter taste throughout.

Tap at Moeder Fontainas. Almost clear light golden with white head. Lots of fresh dank hops, citrus, red apple, lemon candy, very dry malts, soft dust, twigs. Lots of nice hops but the malts are quite dry. Under medium sweet and bitter. Just medium bodied with dry finish.

Cloudy yellow body with an off-white head that laces the glass well while reducing to a thin layer. Hoppy and strong aroma of tropical fruits (the usual suspects mango and peach), and a bit sweet caramel. Strong flavour of mango, peach, grapefruit, and sweet caramel. Light sweet and light to moderate bitter taste. Light and dry mouthfeel, quite soft carbonation. A nice one. So, why isn’t this one classified as a session IPA? The lack of bitterness.

Pint in the pelt trader. Lovely session number. Fruity, hoppy, tasty pint. No complaints.
