Bottle, thanks to the Rhinefolks. Pretty clear chestnut with a big fluffy offwhite head. Spicy, roasted and hoparomatic nose. Honeyish, light toast, fairly citric and flowery notes. Mellow creamy mouthfeel, sweet fruity malt base with nice subdued roast edges, herbal and aromatic hop notes, great balance. Finishes on a grassy and citric note, with wild flowers retronasal. Very nice mooreish ;-) brew.

Bügelverschlußflasche: Light amber to amber coloured, small and stable white foamy layer, delicate traces of vegetables in the weak dark-malty nose; light to moderate bitter-sweet flavour, pretty light bodied for a beer of 5.4%; slightly lingering and even drier malty-bitter finish.Very modest aroma, but still quite well drinkable, espacially when compared to other north-german brews....
