COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask: Special - JDW Spring 2010+2013 Fest / May 2004.
Hops: Fuggles and Willamette.
Amber in colour with a smooth malt mouthfeel and lots of fruit and hop flavours.
It’s as satisfying as a walk on the fells or a stroll through the dales.

Cask Pint at Wibbas Down (JDW), Wimbledon, London in Apr 2010 - Amber in colour. Hoppy; earthy hops. Fruity; citrus orange. Malty; sweet malts and caramel. Good hop/fruit/malt balance. Earthy fruity hops over sweet malts. Very drinkable. (2010-04)

This beer has been specially brewed for the Looking Glass pub in Warrington. Pours a pale colour, taste is hoppy and summery

Cask at JDW Arthur Robertson; hazy amber pour with small white head, fruity aroma, sweet malt taste, caramel, tasted awesome after 6-1 win at the Villa.

[Cask at Back of Beyond (JDW), Reading] Amber, moderate white head. Pleasant sweet toffee and fudge up front swiftly becomes cloying. Mild but dirty earthy hop bitterness doesn’t help. Not one of Moorhouse’s better efforts.

cask at Sorder ... golden amber ... thin white head ... soft fruit nose ...juicy malts ... herbal hop ... little medicinal ...

DruncanVeasey (8456) - Nr NUNEATON, Warwickshire, ENGLAND - APR 22, 2013
The Flying Boat, Dartford, Kent, 20/04/13. Honeycombed vanilla head over orange amber. Sultana aroma. Dull chew of sultana, Weetabix, little crumb of chocolate on the end. Grass and biscuit hints. Took 30+ beers for me to find the crap stuff in this fest: seems it’s all been reserved for the Spoons of Dartford.
