Cask by handpump at Haymarket Bar, Edinburgh - clear deep golden, creamy off-white head, mild cereal aroma, good lacing, flavour of wheat, cereal, bit of lemon, dry finish, bitter cereal linger

Cask handpull, The Red Deer, Sheffield, 01/01/13. Lager gold topped with lacing white. Beeswax and thistle sap aroma. Soft mouthfeel and condition; delicate (you might say bland) lemon, grass, honey and dandelion notes. Bit corny. Just a beer.

jamestulloch (4111) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - JAN 3, 2013
Aroma: Light aroma of straw and grain.

Appearance: Clear golden body wit a frothy white head that quickly fades. No visible carbonation. Decent lacing.

Taste: Grainy, bitter and metallic tasting. Horrible.

Palate: Thin body with a watery texture. Flat carbonation.

Overall: Truly disgusting. This tasted off.

Taste as aroma, some light caramel malt, not interesting

Cask at the Red Lion, Jewellery Quarter, Birmingham. Clear copper coloured pour, thin white glass hugging head. Malty aroma with a dry hoppy flavour that sucked the moisture from my mouth! It was reminiscent of a red wine overflowing with tannins. A very tasty session ale.

UPDATED: AUG 30, 2012 Distinct malty biscuitness which is fairly pleasant, good aroma of this too. Super golden colour.

On cask at Cloisters. Pours a dark golden colour with a decent white head. Aroma of yeast, lemon and caramel. Similar flavours and a little thin with moderate carbonation and a foamy mouth-feel.
