BlackHaddock (7346) - Shropshire, ENGLAND - APR 18, 2012
Fairly pale amber, almost golden hue, a white foamy head sat on top of this pint served at a Wetherspoons pub in Worcester (Sat 26th Jun 2010). The head produced some impressive lacing as the beer subsided down the glass. The nose was semi-sweet molasses and malted biscuits. The taste was also malty, but the hops came a close second in flavour power, coming stronger as the mouth dried. I thought the body mid-strength and enjoyed the pint.
