Had this at the craft beer festival in Fredericton. Very nice and hoppy. Cloudy with a lasting head. Somewhat of a bright copper colour.
Gold pour with creamy white head and lace. Aroma is citrus hops and bready malt. Sweet bready malt with a resiny hop presence. Medium body with good smooth carbonation. malty hoppy well balance on tap @ SJAH thorongil2 (3171) - , Ontario, CANADA - OCT 2, 2015
(Cask) bright, clear reddish Amber colour with a small, white head; aroma of dried fruit compote; smooth palate; balanced flavour with a long, light bitter finish HeistAlmighty (1156) - Saint John, New Brunswick, CANADA - JUL 2, 2011
Draft at the Saint John Alehouse. Colour was a semi-transparent deep brown. Small off-white head that disappeared quickly. Lots of lacing all down the glass as I drank. Taste was buttery and creamy with a bit of bitterness on the aftertaste. Palate was also buttery with little carbonation. Overall, an interesting brew, but not worth the $8+ they charge for a pint.
