Sampled from 341ml green bottle. Pours very pale yellow. Head is rather thin, leaves little lacing. Light in the way of aroma - skunky hops, sweetish malt. Light bodied, mild carbonation. Finishes slightly bitter and sour with a trace of sweetness.

Pours pale golden. White head. Aroma is pale malts and corn. Taste is nicely crisp, slightly bitter with sweet malts in the finish. Little dry. Watery body. Soft to medium carbonation.

Easy drinking with little to no after taste. A great beer for hot summer day drinking, either on a beach or at the cottage. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

From old tasting notes. Medium yellow gold color. Small white head. Fresh sweet malt aroma. Tangy sweet malt flavor. Light hops in finish.

UPDATED: APR 25, 2017 I prefer drinking this beer out of the green-glass bottle it comes in. Probably because the appearance is nothing special in a beer glass (Clear, golden color with nice head.) Subtle malt and hop aroma. Light malty flavor and balanced hops. Refreshing and very drinkable. Cedar undertones and a great finish! This Lager is superior to practically every other Lager in it’s price range (on Beerstore shelves in Ontario).

Nice Canadian beer. Appearance is not my favourite, however the taste is surprisingly enjoyable for a pale lager.

Too common, nothing distinctive, average beer, not worth the investment. Had to try.

The pride of Canada so to speak for beers. A clean, crisp and perfectly balanced lager that doesn’t tip toward the watered down side so much. There is character here with some sweet grain and floral biting hops.

33cl bottle @ TGC. Bière très rafraîchissante avec une légère astringence. Peu amère.

Bottle at Craigs. Clear very pale. Nose is sweetish grassy malts. Tastes very bland, thin, not much taste, light grassy malts.
