3.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
I had this beer at a bar in Candada. It had a very nice flavor and it was really enjoyable just to sip at.
Considering that pale ale isn’t one of my favourite types of beer, its a damn good one. Pours orange with big white head that unfortunately goes away quick while leaving no lacing behind. Crisp taste, not over hooped. Small bitter finish to it. Light to medium body, crisp and refreshing. AleRider78 (1355) - Winchester, Ontario, CANADA - JUL 11, 2017
Tallboy from LCBO. Pours a huge foamy bubbly white head that stays for a while. Leaves behind some thick patchy lacing. Lively carbonation. Has a clear golden appearance. Aromas are very grainy, some faint hints of grass and wheat. Flavours aren’t much different from aroma but does have much more grassy notes and even a bit herbal. Some wheaty hints. Fairly smooth and somewhat oily mouthfeel. Not bad but nothing special either, a pretty weak pale ale. cfrancis (3474) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - JUL 4, 2017
Pours pale yellow with a white froth. Aroma is light straw grains and a hint of cardboard. Taste is uninteresting, plain and dull. GlennHendry (467) - OSHAWA, Ontario, CANADA - JUN 22, 2017
Smells like spicy grains. Bit of sweetness too. The taste is disappointing. Grainy malts. Thin. More like a lager. MarcoBasile (446) - DENMARK - JUN 10, 2017
Pours pale golden with a white frothy head.
Aroma of light grassy and citrusy hops. Very light. Fair bit of malts as well.
The taste is lightly bitter, semi sweet and decently crisp.

Can at Hair of the Dog, Phrom Phong, Bangkok. Poured a crystal clear straw colour with a thin broken white head. The aroma is light dry grainy malt. The flavour is light bitter with a light mineral earthy aspirin malt, super light hop bitter palate. Medium to light bodied with average carbonation. Reminds me of that joke about that difference between Budweiser and being in a canoe! Idiosynkrasie (7628) - Bielefeld, GERMANY - APR 5, 2017
341ml bottle. Clear, golden colour with small to average, fluffy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Grainy, strawy aroma, hints of burnt white bread crust. Taste is grassy, hoppy and strawy, grainy malty, a touch of corn; watery and monotonous. YantarCoast (1408) - Moscow, RUSSIA - MAR 23, 2017
355ml bottle from Beers of Europe. Pours clear gold with a large white head. Aroma is bread, honey, grain. Taste is watery, light honey, pale malt. Akin to a rubbish pale lager. TedE (1363) - Sydney, AUSTRALIA - FEB 25, 2017
UPDATED: FEB 26, 2017 355ml can into glass. From Canada but for the Chinese market. Clear golden amber beer with fulsome white head. Nose is understated fruit and bread. A few bubbles. Flat mouthfeel, A bit of malt, a hint of hops (not much). Slight touch of grain at the end. Ordinary, old-fashioned but drinkable. ruigo (3074) - PORTUGAL - NOV 28, 2016
