Pours a clear amber color with a moderate head and a slight honey scent. Has a smooth, mild honey taste to it that finishes rather smooth. Overall it was an ok beer.

Reviewed from notes. Driving through Wisconsin this past summer, my family and I stopped in the Dells for some rest and relaxation. There isn’t nothing like some pizza and beer. Here goes: The appearance is a light yellow body, less than a fingers worth of a film of a head. Carbonation is seen rising at a rapid pace. The smell has some light honey, and light malts. The taste is sweet. On the palate, its light, sessionable, and has an adequate carbonation for the style and for me. Overall, this is good for the style and decent to me, and good with food.

Tap. Pours clear yellow, medium creamy white head, nice lacing. Aroma is honey, grain, wheat, field grass. Flavor is light plus sweet, light bitter, grainy, definitely wheat notes with a bit of banana and honey. Medium body, soft carbonation. This one ain’t bad.

Bottle. Lactic lemon malt and straw aroma. Pale yellow with nice white head. Sweet creamy lemon malt and mildly bitter herbal hay flavor. Body on the light side. At 4%, this is a nice session beer.

A golden color, with a slightly sweet smell. Tasted like honey. It was simple, but fairly well done.

Very faint honey taste. Overall weak tasting beer, very watered down with sub par after taste.

Dark straw color with a small white head. Dry malt aroma. Light malt and decent flavor hops aroma. A bit thin and watery in feel and a bit fizzy though.

Bottle: Pours hazed, very pale yellow with a foamy white head. ’Slightly sour grain malt, yeast aroma. Taste is slightly tart barley malt, lemon, honey. Not too bad, just plain......and a bit too sweet-tart overall....a bit boring.

On tap at the brewpub in Wisconsin Dells, pours a clear light amber brew with a fast dissolving white head. No lacing or foam sticking to side of glass. Aroma is light with some multi-grain malt, honey, and some flowery hops. Taste is light body, some citrus, lightly carbonated and a clean finish. Slight honey/nut aftertaste.
