09/10/2010 from tap @ BLES beerfestivalfonefan (49568) - VestJylland, DENMARK - FEB 24, 2010
Note: this is supposedly not an alias beer, but the seller (from the Moppie bar) admits that the recipe is close to the Augustijn. On always has to taste blind just to be sure, but I doubt Van Steenberge has changed much to the original recipe.
Clear golden yellow to orange beer, Creamy white adhesive head. Aroma is sweet, caramel, banana and just clear sugar. MF has ok carbon, full body. Taste holds sweet malts, caramel, citrus, honey. Aftertaste citrus, a little hops and some spices.
Draught @ 15de BLES Bierhappening 2008, Zottegem, Belgium.
